Let's see how far that is true.

Vitamin C is very important for the growth of children and their health. However, it does not have the ability to prevent colds. It simply gives the body the ability to withstand infection. This means that some people have a cold for two to three weeks. But eating foods rich in vitamin C can help reduce colds in just five to a week. So when you have a cold, it is better to eat foods that are high in vitamin C and not refrigerated. It does good.

Vitamin C is very essential. Vitamin C plays a key role in keeping the nervous system active. Provides our immune system with the ability to fight off viruses and bacteria that enter the body. Vitamin C deficiency can lead to dull skin, severe changes in emotions, and loss of skin radiance.

To get plenty of vitamin C, sour fruits should be included in the daily menu. Make it a habit to eat foods like gooseberries, yellow capsicum, lemons, oranges, cilantro, kiwi fruits, red capsicum, broccoli, papaya, strawberries, pineapple, cauliflower and amaranth on a daily basis.
